What is Circle Inn’s child policy?
A child below 4 feet tall (about 7 years old and below) can stay with a paying adult free of charge as long a they share existing bedding. Two children below 4 feet tall is counted as 1 adult and will count against the occupancy limit of each room type.

2. What class of hotel is Circle Inn?
Circle Inn is classified as a Standard Class hotel by the Department of Tourism of the Philippines.  Although the criteria differ, one may consider Circle Inn as a 3-Star hotel by international standards.

Where is Circle Inn located?
Circle Inn is located on Lopez Jaena Street in Bacolod City.  This street is one of the major arteries of Bacolod although we are the only major hotel in the area.  Lopez Jaena Street is almost parallel to and east of Lacson Street which is Bacolod City’s main artery.  We are very close to Bacolod’s major hospitals and universities.

How far is Circle Inn from the Bacolod airport?
Circle Inn (Hotel & Suites) is about 20 kilometers from the Bacolod-Silay Airport located in the outskirts of Silay City.  Various modes of transportation are available from the airport to Circle Inn such as fixed-rate taxis, our own hotel airport shuttle service as well as airport shuttle vans.

Does this Bacolod hotel have a laundry room for guests’ use?
Circle Inn offers laundry and pressing service to our hotel guests at very reasonable prices but do not have a self-laundry facility.

How do I avail of Promos using a promo code?

 

The hotel has recently introduced online promotions that guests can avail if they have the promo codes. Promo codes can be entered in our website booking engine after you put in your arrival and departure dates and clicking the “Book Now” button. Just click on the line “I have a promotion code” and then enter the code in the box that appears.  When you proceed with your booking, it will show you different rates and highlight the promo rate/package which you can choose to avail or not depending on which options you feel best works out for you.

What if there are no Promos showing in the Promotions box on the left hand side of the Home page?

 

We put out promos thru various media and outlets and sometimes they are not all the same nor are they available in all markets. Our website is only one of many places where we announce promotions and sometimes we will have promotions in other media which do not appear in our website. The best way is to just go thru the booking process in our booking engine which captures all our online promotions. We do run promos that guests can avail of even without a promotion code so please check out our website and booking engine from time to time when you have plans to visit us.
